SNP Certified Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SNP Certified Consultant to join our delivery team, supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation projects using SNP methodology and toolsets, including system conversions, selective data transitions, and carve-out/carve-in scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SAP transformation projects using SNP methodology and tools
- Configure and operate SNP software for data migration and system transformation
- Support various transformation approaches, balancing speed, cost, and business disruption
- Define transformation scope and technical migration strategy in coordination with project leads and client stakeholders
- Support transformation scenarios involving SAP landscape changes as required
- Run requirement workshops with client stakeholders to define transformation objectives and technical constraints
- Coordinate with relevant teams to align data and configuration during transformation
- Support testing cycles, including technical validation and user acceptance testing
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, run books, and cutover plans
- Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Report project status, risks, and blockers to project leads and client stakeholders
Requirements
- Active SNP certification or equivalent
- Hands-on experience delivering SAP transformation projects using SNP methodology and tooling
- Solid understanding of system conversion and transformation concepts
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects specifically
- German language proficiency at B2/C1 (required for direct client communication)
- Professional working proficiency in English

- Experience with transformation projects involving landscape changes
- Background in relevant industries
- Familiarity with other SAP data migration tools alongside SNP toolsets
- Broader SAP functional knowledge to support cross-module transformation decisions
